POU Overview and Implementation Guidance Document Currently ADEQ is working on a document that will provide ruling on how systems will implement a POU program. This document will cover such topics as:
- NSF/ANSI Certification requirements
- Performance Indication Device requirements
- Community participation requirements
- Compliance Status of systems using POU
- Monitoring requirements
- Application
- Rulings for part time dwellings
- What if some homeowners already have a POU device installed in the home
- Sampling and Monitoring regulations
- Maintenance logs and how long these documents need to be maintained
